Nets:

  • Tompkins County ARES Net:  Third Sunday of each month at 19:30 Local.
  • Road Watch Net:  Bad weather (winter) road conditions through out the Southern Tier. Net is run in the background on the 146.895/146.730 link in Binghamton. Tompkins County hams should relay info about road conditions in our area to Net control.   Remember to check with Net if you have to travel South (Route 81, Route 17, etc.) during nasty winter weather. This Net does NOT restrict normal use of the repeater link like SKYWARN Nets. There is NO regular announcements from the control operator, so be sure to ask if Road Watch is up when you ask for/give information.
